Turntable Operation Steps

1. Power Connection:
   • Connect one end of the USB Type-C cable to a phone charger or power outlet, and the other end to the turntable.
   • Alternatively, use a fully charged 18650 lithium battery for power.
2. Turn on the Turntable: Slide the power switch to the “on” position.
3. Place the Item: Place the item to be displayed on the turntable. The turntable will start rotating automatically.
4. Remote Control Operation: Use the remote control to adjust the speed, direction, start/stop function, and save your settings. The faster the speed, the more noticeable the rotation of the turntable.

Troubleshooting (If the Turntable Does Not Rotate)

1. Increase Speed: Turn on the switch and use the remote control to increase the speed.
2. Rotation is Not Noticeable: Place an item on the turntable and observe if it starts to rotate.
3. Power Supply Issue: The turntable requires a very small amount of current, and some power banks may fail to detect this low current and automatically shut off. Try a different power source.
4. Check the Lid: Ensure the external cover is securely assembled. If the cover is not properly closed, press it firmly into place. (Note: If the lid is removed, the ball bearings inside may fall out and be lost.)

Precautions

1. Electrical Product: The turntable is an electrical product and is not waterproof or heat-resistant. The motor produces noise between 40-60 decibels, which is normal.
2. Usage Time: To extend the lifespan of the turntable, it is recommended to operate it for no more than 6-8 hours continuously, followed by a 2-hour rest period.
3. If the Turntable Does Not Rotate:
   • Check that the turntable is powered on, the power cable is securely plugged in, and the switch is in the “on” position.
   • Increase the speed setting and place an item on the turntable to see if it starts rotating.

5. Load Capacity: The load capacity indicated on the turntable refers to items that fit within the specified diameter. Exceeding both the weight and diameter limits may lead to decreased load capacity, damage to the motor, or malfunction of the turntable.
6. Remote Control Use: Be sure to remove the insulation from the back of the remote control for it to work properly. Note that the infrared remote control has an effective range of 5 meters. Please aim the remote at the infrared receiver near the switch when operating the turntable.
